427,945. Wrappers &c. for bottles &c. STRAUB & CO., W. F., (formerly STRAUB LABORATORIES, INC., W. F.), 5520, Northwest Highway, Chicago, U.S.A. Nov. 25, 1933, No. 28287/34. Convention date, Dec. 17, 1932. Divided out of 425,137. [Classes 94 (i) and 94 (ii)] A wrapper of paper, cardboard, &c., for a bottle &c., preferably of rectangular crosssection, comprises a cover or box-like portion 20 adapted to fit over the upper portion of the bottle and having a shape similar to that of the bottle so as to simulate an extension thereof and conceal the filling opening, and elongated members 21 which may be recessed at 23, adapted to extend about the bottle for securing the wrapper thereto, preferably leaving at least one of the bottle faces exposed. The elongated members may be connected by interlocking slots 22 or by adhesive, metal clips, &c. The wrapper may be grained or tinted to resemble wood and may bear any trade mark, design, &c.
