381,987. Holding meat while carving. CLEMENTS, F. W., 15, Apsley Road, Clifton, Bristol. Aug. 1, 1931, No. 22021. [Class 28 (ii).] A carving dish or holder comprises in combination a base a of metal, china, wood, &c. and a detachable metal tray e provided with spikes f and adapted to be secured to a central raised portion c of the dish which has a gravy trough b. The tray e may lie in a recess d in the portion c and be retained by a nut and screw g or it may rest on the flat surface of the portion c and be retained by a number of screws and wing nuts.
