Abstract

381,042. Displaying. BUTLER, S. A. V. and BUTLERS (LONDON), Ltd., 62, Minories, London. Jan. 8, 1932, No. 571. [Classes 3 (i) and 116.] In a beverage delivery apparatus the continuously circulating liquid is caused to flow over a transparent or translucent hollow cone 6 having a stepped or like surface. The cone is surrounded by a glass globe 1 mounted on a pedestal 3 and is internally illuminated by a lamp 7 covered by a shade 8. The liquid passes from an ice-cooled reservoir 19 through a pump 22 and through coils 11a to a tube 11 and up a pipe 5 to flow over the cone 6. It collects at the bottom of the globe 1 and runs over into a tube, 4 and through a hole 23 therein, to pass down a pipe 14 back into the reservoir 19. An outlet tap 13 branches from the tube 11. Valves 24 may be provided to control the flow.
