Abstract

384,083. Floor - polishing devices. NIMMO, W. S., 328, Renfrew Street, Charing Cross, Glasgow. Dec. 4, 1931, No. 33589. [Class 19.] The base A of a container B for wax is formed with an opening from which grooves C radiate. A sheet G, which may be of steel or rubber, in the form of a tray is secured to the base A and is provided with springs H corresponding to the ends of the grooves C. A waxing cloth P, the ends of which are gripped between the base A and the tray G, is formed with holes J registering with the openings H. A waxing or polishing cloth P is detachably secured over the cloth P by means of clips K. The wax is forced out of the container by a plunger F operated by means of a screw E.
