Abstract

369,666. Moistening air. BENNETTER, S. J., 4, Tordenskjoldsplass, Oslo, Norway. Dec. 31, 1930, No. 39230. [Class 55 (ii).] The air circulated in a rail wagon is moistened by thaw water from an ice box 10 for cooling the air, the water collecting in a cup 19 and, due to the pressure difference between the wagon space and the circulation duct 8, passing up the tube 20 into a second cup 21 having a wick 22 hanging in the air stream.
