Abstract

320,179. Birkhead, J. B., and Chaundy, W. F. Aug. 15, 1928. Curtains, suspending.-A curtain support consists of a number of longitudinally slotted and telescopically engaged circular tubes 1 which are supported by angle brackets 4 having vertical projections 7 which pass through the slots 3. The runners consist of balls 11 rotatably mounted upon the vertical stems of hooks 12 formed with substantially horizontal inturned extremities 16. The projections 7 extend through holes 8 formed in the tubes opposite the slots and may be screwthreaded to receive a nut.
