Abstract

300,428. Smith, C. A. Nov. 29, 1927, [Convention date]. Garters.-A device for carrying golf tees 16 on the person comprises an arm or leg garter of elastic material 5 which passes out from behind through one slit 11 in a wider portion 9 of leather and back again through another slit 11, adjacent which the parts 5, 9 are stitched together. A lining 10 of inextensible material may be provided behind the part 9. Transverse rows 13 of stitching form compartments 14 in the elastic material' 5 in which the tees may be carried. A row of stitching 15 may also be provided around the edge of the portion 9, and complementary fastening members 6, 7 for the garter are also provided.
