Abstract
262,907. Baerman, R. F. Nov. 19, 1925. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid]. Two-part couplings. - Holders adapted to receive screw-cap electric lamp bulbs &c., or bulbs having circumferentially grooved caps, with a non-rotatory direct pushin movement, comprise a tubular casing having resiliently held balls 5, Fig. 1, protruding into the casing, a contact 10 in the upper part of the casing, and another contact member 9 in connection with the balls. The balls may be located at 20, Fig. 3, in radial tubes 18. The caps of the bulbs &c. may have a single groove 24, Fig. 3, or two grooves 15, 16, Fig. 2, enabling the bulb to be electrically connected and disconnected without removing it from the holder.
