Abstract
This invention is an electrochemical battery particularly a lithium battery comprising a negative electrode made of lithium foil, a positive electrode made of disulfide iron, graphite, and electrolyte containing a primary solution of LiC104 (lithium Perchloride Oxide). Separator made of PP+PE materials, shell, gasket and topcap. A cylindrical core made of cathode, anode and PE is winded together and inserted into a steel mantle in which the electrolyte solution is injected and sealed. The electrolyte solution is a non aqueous electrolyte which consists of a non aqueous solvent and conducting salts of either LiC104, LiPF6 or LiCF3S03. The working voltage of the battery is 1.5V. The object of this invention is to provide consumers with a very powerful solution to portable and disposable batteries. Batteries are used for many devices some of which are high drain devices. The increase in long lasting power therefore enables a reduction in repeat buying which can be financially costly and disposal of batteries which can be environmentally costly.

I
Supacell Lithium Batteries The invention relates to electrochemical disposable batteries.
The object of this invention is to provide consumers with a very powerful solution to portable and disposable batteries. Batteries are used for many devices some of which are high drain devices. The increase in long lasting power therefore enables a reduction in repeat buying which can be financially costly and disposal of batteries which can be costly to the environment.
The aspect of this invention is directed to an electrochemical battery referred to as an electrochemical battery, particularly a lithium battery comprising a negative electrode made of lithium foil, a positive electrode made of disulfide iron, graphite, electrolyte containing a solution of L1CIO4 (Lithium Perchioride Oxide).
A preferred embodiment of the invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawing in which: FIGURE 1: Shows a cross section view of the components of the invention and the manner in which they are brought together.
The case which comprises of aluminium materials (1) This houses the contents of the battery cell which are defined in separate layers as follows; (2) the gasket housing a positive electrode; a separator and a negative electrode. An insulation Plate (6) & (9) Negative Terminal Lead (7); positive terminal lead (8) Positive terminal (9); a gas release vent (10); * Exhaust Gas Hole (11) and a Positive Terminal Coefficient (PTC) Terminal (12).
The electrolyte solution is injected into the above case and is sealed with a cap as displayed in Figure 2.
FIGURE 2 This is a brief structure diagram of the Li-iron cover; comprising a lower cover sealed with a flameproof film; a positive temperature coefficient used to regulate overheating of the device; and an upper cover.
