Abstract

A pre-dry cleaning stain isolator/suspension and spotting agent, contains a blend of Solvents and Surfactants, isolates/suspends and treats all types of stains prior to dry cleaning.

Description

2335662 PRE-DRY CLEANING STAIN ISOLATOR 1 SUSPENSION & SPOTTING AGENT This
invention relates to a product which isolates and suspends all types of stains and acts as a pre-spot agent on stains prior to dry cleaning, Stain treatment products currently available are categorised in two applications, 1. Stain treatment without dry or any other form of cleaning. 2. Stain treatments which are formulated for only prior to dry cleaning. This invention containing a blend of Solvents and Surfactants diluted in water, functions on a similar method as the second category, but with an addition of components which isolate and suspend the stain prior to dry cleaning 01 There are three main types of stains, Insoluble, Solvent Soluble and Water Soluble, these usually require different treatments for effective removal. According to the present invention, the function of isolation 1 suspension and pre-spot treatment, can be applied to all types of stains in particular those mentioned above.
The product is contained in an Aerosol or Plastic Bottle with Trigger/Finger Spray Pumps, thus application with ease and effectiveness.
A range of composition according to this invention is summarised in the following table.

1. A pre-dry cleaning stain isolator/suspension and spotting agent, containing a blend of Solvents and Surfactants diluted in water, isolates/suspends stains and pre-spots (treats) stains prior to dry cleaning.

Claims (1)

  1. A pre-dry cleaning stain isolator/suspension and spotting agent, in Claim
    1 wherein isolator/suspension means that the component Surfactants acts to suspend the stain and prevents embedding into fabric fibres.
    A pre-dry cleaning stain isolator/suspension and spotting agent, in Claim 1 and Claim 2, wherein the spotting agent means that the components Solvents acts to treat the stain.
    4. A pre-dry cleaning stain isolator/suspension and spotting agent, a composition according to 0 any preceding claim, wherein the Surfactants comprises of Hexylene Glycol, Nonyl Phenol Ethylate, Alcohol, Sulphinate and others from Sulphosuccinates and Sarcosinates.
    5. A pre-dry cleaning stain isolator/suspension and spotting agent, a composition according to any preceding claim, wherein the Solvents comprises of Isopar H and other polar and nonpolar solvents.
    6. A pre-dry cleaning stain isolator/suspension and spotting agent, a composition according to any preceding cIairn, wherein the composition to include water.
    0 7. A pre-dry cleaning stain isolator/suspension and spotting agent, in Claim 1, Claim 2 and Claim 3, wherein stain isolator/suspension and spotting agent to include all types of stains in particular Insoluble, Solvent Soluble and Water Soluble.
