Abstract

An adjustable strength ear ring clip with movable clip head has a separate clip head 7 adapted to one end of the clip arm 11. The clip head can vertically adjust its position to fit the ear's curvature. The clip arm also has a strength adjustable device made up of a screw 8 passing through a metallic strip 9 mounted on the front of the clip arm. This device can change the force exert from the clip head on the ears.

Description

ADJUSTABLE STRENGTH EAR RING CLIP WITH MOVABLE CLIP HEAD This invention relates to an adjustable strength ear ring clip with movable clip head.
Ear ring clip is a special type of ear ring accessories to secure ear ring. Each ear clip comprises a clip arm connected to the clip leg mounted to the ring body. The clip head (which is also the clip arm in one piece) secured the ring body's position with a fixed strength.
According to the present invention there is provided a separate clip head 7 adapted to one end of the clip arm. The clip head can vertically adjust its position to fit the ear's curvature. The invention also provided a strength adjustable device mounted on the front of the clip arm so that the force exert from the clip head on the ears can be altered.
A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing in which: Figure 1 shows in perspective, the ear ring clip mounted on the ring body.
Figure 2 shows the side view of the ring clip, with the strength adjustable device completely loosen from the clip arm.
Figure 3 is the side view of the movable clip head adapted to the clip arm.
Figure 4 is the front view of the clip arm.
Figure 5 is the rear view of the clip arm.
The strength adjustable control device is made up of a screw 8 passing through a metallic strip 9 secured to the front of the clip arm 11. The ends of the metallic strip is in contact with the clip leg 10 and the clip arm respectively. In order to change the force exert on the ears the screw is tightened or loosen to increase or decrease the strain on the metallic strip which in turn exert different force on the ears.

Claims (2)

1. An adjustable strength ear ring clip with movable clip head comprising a separate clip head adapted to one end of the clip arm. The clip head can vertically adjust its position to fit the ear's curvature. The invention also provided a strength adjustable device mounted on the front of the clip arm so that the force exert from the clip head on the ears can be altered.
2. An adjustable strength ear ring clip as described herein with reference to Figures 1-5 of the accompanying drawing.
