Abstract

Provided are a train path control method, a train path control device, and a train path control program which dynamically determine a train path according to a present location of a train on a track. A train path control method which is carried out in a train path control device which controls a path of a train according to either the present location of the train on a track or the status of infrastructure on the ground in order to establish the path of the train comprises the steps of: an infrastructure information input unit receiving, at each interval which divides a route within a line, either infrastructure status information from infrastructure on the ground, said infrastructure status information being information relating to the status of the infrastructure on the ground, or location information from a train which denotes the present location of the train on a track; a status management unit setting the status of the interval for each interval on the basis of either the infrastructure status information or the location information which is received in the infrastructure information input step; and a path determination unit determining a path of train which is given priority in each respective interval of contention, which is an interval wherein a plurality of intervals which are adjacent to the interval are present, by comparing the statuses of the intervals which the status management unit has set.
