Abstract

A mailing form 10, for cards 12-1, 12-2, typically of plastic, comprises a rectangular sheet member with apertures 14, 15 therein for receiving diagonally opposite corners of the cards. The apertures are of a general D shape with the straight leg portion of the D shape aperture perimeter optimally perpendicular to a diagonal axis of the card through the corners and spaced apart by a distance less than that between the card corner. The curved portion of the D shape perimeter of each aperture extends inwardly to receive the card corners when deflected downwardly toward the form for insertion into the corresponding apertures. Upon flexing back to planar configuration the card corners project into underlying relationship on the opposite side of the form, securing the card to the form. <IMAGE>
