Abstract
A flare stack tip comprises inner and outer coaxial tubular members 10, 11 defining an annular nozzle, gas to be burnt being introduced between the members and flowing through the nozzle in a tubular stream to act as an ejector and induce air to mix with the gas on the inner and outer surfaces of the stream. <IMAGE>
