Abstract

A device for making incisions in the eye cornea comprises a casing with a holder for a cutting instrument mounted with the possibility of reciprocal movements along the axis of the casing (1) and actuated by means of a drive provided with a micrometer screw (5), whereas in front of the holder on the fixation side of the cutting instrument is mounted a limiter (4) of the height of the cutting part of the cutting instrument, that limiter being connected to the casing, and being adapted to be in contact with the surface of the operated eye cornea and serving as a stop for limiting the depth of penetration of the cutting part.
