Rotary cylindrical valves. - The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes a valve having an outer casing 56 with two inlets and two outlets 57 and an inner rotatable member 58 provided with ducts 59, 60, either of which may communicate with an inlet and an outlet port in the casing 56. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
