Abstract

165,617. Shuker, A. May 11, 1920. Holders for hand-cutting.-In a carving-stand having adjustable hook-ended spindles 6 which secure it to a dish, the meat is impaled on projections 4 which, in common with the feet 7 and brackets 5, are stamped from a sheet-metal blank. The spindles are carried by the brackets 5 and are provided with tension springs 9.
