(54) MILK BOTTLE CAP PIERCER AND COVER (71) 1 GEORGE CAVE ABBOT, (British) oQ 180 Sidegate Lane, Ipswich, Suffolk, do hereby declare the invention, for which I pray that a patent may be granted to me, and the method by which it is to be performed, to be particularly described in and by the following statement: A milk bottle cap piercer and cover comprises a pair of spaced piercing members shaped to produce in the cap a pair of identical holes each having an arcuate portion which closely follows the inner surface of the bottle mouth.
The invention is shown in the accompanying drawings.

WHAT I CLAIM IS:- 1. A milk bottle cap piercer and cover comprising a pair of spaced piercing members shaped to produce in the cap a pair of identical holes each having an arcuate portion which closely follows the inner surface of the bottle mouth.
2. A milk bottle cap piercer and cover as claimed in claim 1 wherein the piercing members are diametrically opposite to one another.
3. A milk bottle cap piercer and cover as claimed in claims 1 and 2 wherein the piercing members are formed integrally with the cover.
4. A milk bottle cap piercer and cover substantially as described with reference to Figs. 1--4 of the accompanying drawings.

2. A milk bottle cap piercer and cover as claimed in claim 1 wherein the piercing members are diametrically opposite to one another.
3. A milk bottle cap piercer and cover as claimed in claims 1 and 2 wherein the piercing members are formed integrally with the cover.
4. A milk bottle cap piercer and cover substantially as described with reference to Figs. 1--4 of the accompanying drawings.
