Abstract
1416164 Ploughs TUP (PANAMA) SA 15 Dec 1972 [28 Jan 1972] 4024/72 Heading A1B The mouldboard 5 of a plough bottom has one or more conduits 11 through which water passes from a supply onto the front soil engaging surface to facilitate operation in heavy soil. A described a multi furrow plough has plough shares 6 and is connected to a water tank 7 via a water supply pipe 8, itself connected to individual pipes 9 so as to pass water via a manifold 10 on the rear face of each mouldboard 5 to each conduit 11. The conduits 11 maybe spaced apart horizontally and vertically and are rearwardly inclined to the respective soil engaging surface to prevent blockage.
