Abstract

1478991 Drying kiln REDLER CONVEYORS Ltd 4 March 1975 [5 March 1974] 9847/74 Heading F4G A drying chamber 1 for malt 21 has a perforated plate 9 for supporting the malt and means for directing heating air in one direction through one portion of the malt and simultaneously in the opposite direction through another portion. The directions may be reversed by pivoting a flap 20, and air leaving at 5 may be recirculated to a heater 19 via inlet 18.
