Abstract

1339001 Foundry moulding processes A DUNLOP 19 April 1971 [6 March 1970] 10779/70 Heading B3F [Also in Division F4] Expendable material is recovered from a shell mould by placing it in an oven (see Divisions F3-F4) where it is subject to a temperature of 150‹ C.-500‹ C. to melt said material. The molten material collects in a receiver below the oven whereupon the temperature of the latter is raised to 900‹ C.-1200‹ C. to bake the mould.
