Abstract

1329865 Filter element for hot gas D A G MARSHALL 7 Oct 1971 [9 Oct 1970] 48088/70 Heading BIT A flat pleated type of filter element comprises a layer of woven glass fibres sandwiched between two layers of expanded metal or crisscrossing, welded together rods or wires of metal, the whole being pleated and sealed into a peripheral metal frame (10) by ceramic cement (20). The element is non-inflammable and withstands 250‹C.
