1325923 Dispensing plastics film; cash desks BRITISH VISQUEEN Ltd 19 April 1971 [12 Feb 1970] 6855/70 Headings A4G A4T A device dispensing flexible plastics articles, e.g. bags, wrappers, detachably joined in series as a continuous length stored in stack or roll 1 mounted beneath counter 7, has the film taken out guide roll 4 and through a preferably non-return delivery device comprising a roller 3 in a slot 5 bearing on the film passing over a roller 2 with the leading bag mouth edge dangling in position to be grasped by hand. On pulling the film forward and upward over a bar 8 covered with a high friction material, the bags are separated along a line of weakness, e. g. perforations at 11 at a point on or in front of the bar 8.
