1311651 Salts of #<SP>2</SP>-1,2,4-triazolin-5-one derivatives P GOLD-AUBERT and D MELKONIAN 27 April 1970 [8 May 1969] 23490/69 Heading C2C The novel citric, diethylacetic, α-phenylbutyric, 2-propylvaleric, benzilic, cinnamic and benzoic acid addition salts of 1-phenyl-3-(α- phenylpropyl) - 4 - (2 - dimethylaminoethyl)- #<SP>2</SP> - 1,2,4 - triazolin - 5 - one, the salicylate of 1 - phenyl - 3 - (α - phenylpropyl) - 4 - (2 - dimethylamino - 1 - methylethyl) - #<SP>2</SP> - 1,2,4- triazolin - 5 - one, and the diethylacetate and salicylate of 1 - phenyl - 3 - (α - phenylpropyl)- 4 - (2 - diethylaminoethyl) - #<SP>2</SP> - 1,2,4 - triazolin- 5-one, are prepared by salification of the appropriate base or by methathesis between a salt of the base and a salt of the acid. Pharmaceutical compositions having analgesic, anti-pyretic and anti-inflammatory activity, for oral, rectal or parenteral administration, comprise one of the above salts together with a pharmaceutical carrier.
