Winding and paying-out apparatus on portable engines.-Relates to an implement applicable as a motor-plough and also as a traction engine. According to the invention the driven shaft 21 which operates through a shaft 24 the gearing 23 for raising and lowering the plough frame on the rear wheel 16 as shown in Fig. 3, drives a capstan 20 or an ordinary power pulley when the implement is used as a traction engine as shown in Fig. 1.
