1391581 Flux cored welding wire INSTITUT ELEKTROSVARKI IMENI EO PATONA AKADEMII NAUK UKRAINSKOI SSR 19 April 1973 18908/73 Heading C7M A welding wire for steel welding comprises a steel sheath and a flux core having the following wt per cent composition: Rutile 40 -75 Fe-Mn 17 -28 Fe-Si 1.8- 9.5 Haematite 3 - 9.5 Felspar 1.8- 7.5 Sodium fluosilicate 1.2- 6 The wire is used for welding 16 mm. thick steel containing 0.18%C, 0.45%Mn, 0.2%Cr, 0.02%S, 0.015%P, balance Fe.
