Abstract

1377554 Sliding shuttering for walls SPEZIALBAUKOMBINAT MAGDEBURG VEB 30 March 1972 15122/72 Heading E1S Vertically sliding shuttering comprises a main yoke 2 which, by means of a lifting device 3, may be raised up a rod 4 embedded in the already cast portion 1 of the wall, and which carries near its lower end means e.g. rollers 9 or skids bearing against the wall, and an auxiliary yoke 10 pivotally suspended from the main yoke at 11 so as to allow swinging displacement transversely of the wall, and supporting the shuttering panels 5. As shown, the yoke 10 comprises a pair of upright limbs mounted for horizontal displacement along a beam 10b, thereby to vary the panel spacing, such displacement being controlled by a screwthreaded spindle 10c engaging the limbs and secured axially to the yoke 2. The shuttering panels 5 may be adjustably connected to the limbs by means including screw-threaded spindles 13 at the lower end to vary the inclination of the panels. The yoke 2 may carry a scaffold platform. In another embodiment (Fig. 5, not shown) the auxiliary yoke uprights are interconnected by an adjustable cross-linkage including pivoted cross-links and bushes slidable on the uprights.
