Abstract

1375195 Label holder C P JACKSON 6 Sept 1972 [15 Sept 1971] 43101/71 Heading B8F A label holder comprises a hollow body o<SP>f</SP> transparent material 1 and substantially rectangular in cross-section which accommodates a label 8 inserted through an open end 5 while a closed end includes a lug 3 provided with a slit or holes allowing attachment. Channels 6 in the internal configuration of the body hold the label by the edges only spacing the label faces from the internal walls thus avoiding surface abrasion and erasure of information on the label. The open end may be closed by a plug and the distance between channels 6 gradually increased towards opening 5.
