Abstract

1367689 Hooks ADDRESSOGRAPHMULTIGRAPH CORP 11 Nov 1971 [16 July 1971] 52500/71 Heading E2A [Also in Divisions B6 and H2] A hook 52 on which an electric eraser may hang whilst the eraser is not in use comprises a base 54 secured to a drafting table and a spring 56 for resiliently connecting the hook to the base. An insert 88 and a screw 86 retain the ends of the spring in the base 54 and the hook 52 respectively. The hook is provided with resilient contacts 78, (76), Fig. 2 (not shown) connected to a d.c. source via a cord 62 so that when a bar (38) on the eraser engages a slot 66 in the hook the battery in the eraser is fed with a charging current. The contacts also hold the bar (38) firmly in the slot 66.
