1363754 Tea manufacture SOTIK TEA CO Ltd and A M J WEMYSS 27 Sept 1972 [12 Oct 1971] 47457/71 Heading A2B Tea manufacturing apparatus includes two C.T.C. cutting rolls 1, 2 rotated at different speeds in opposite directions, a feed conveyer 3, a discharge conveyer 5, and guide plates 4 for guiding tea on to the conveyer 5, the guide plates being vibrated continuously by a motor with an eccentric flywheel or by magnetic, pneumatic or hydraulic means, to prevent the tea from sticking thereto.
