Abstract

1356242 Prefabricated building constructions Z BORYS 19 April 1971 [29 June 1970 11 Sept 1970] 53368/73 and 53367/73 Addition to 1226107 Heading E1A In a prefabricated room unit comprising at least two prefabricated wall elements 160, 161 of rectangular open tray-like shape adapted to form a container for associated panels and components during transportation the wall elements are each adapted to be erected with its longer sides extending vertically to form a structural element spanning two or more storeys of a building and a stair case 170 is incorporated in one of said tray-like wall elements. Landing panels 163, floor and ceiling panels 164, 165, wall panels 166, balustrade panels 167 and door and window panels 168, 169 are stacked in the container during transport. For modified arrangements involving a lift shaft and modified building layouts provided with divided up for containerisation the Specification and remaining drawings, (not shown), should be referred to. The units may be made of glass-fibre re-inforced plastics mounted on a steel frame.
