Abstract

1349028 Comminuting refuse MIL-PAC SYSTEMS Inc 18 Aug 1971 [18 Aug 1970] 38850/71 Heading B2A Apparatus for shredding and compacting refuse comprises a hopper 10, Figs. 1, 2, in which is secured a breaker bar 12 which coacts with a stepped-pitch helical screw 13 to shred the refuse. The screw extends through a compaction tube 14 and is driven by an automatically-reversible electric motor 16. The the said frequencies.
