1346138 Tobacco BRITISH-AMERICAN TOBACCO CO Ltd 1 May 1972 [1 June 1971] 20122/72 Heading A2C A chewing tobacco is prepared in a manner that will produce a product having a tensile strength of less than 10.0 1bs per sq. in., and having an initial compression of from 2.0 to 25 lbs. per sq. in. and/or an initial flex resistance of 0.1 to 4.0 lbs. A cake of such tobacco may be prepared by pressing or prizing a quantity of tobacco in a mould with particular control of the pressure of formation, or by freeze drying.
