Abstract
1297928 Skin treating compositions KOLMAR LABORATORIES Inc 3 Dec 1969 [9 Dec 1968] 59042/69 Heading A5B Cosmetic compositions which are free from triglycerides and are in the form of a semisolid or multiphase liquid comprise a topical base in which is dispersed one or more esters of a fatty acid containing 7 to 13 carbon atoms in the molecule with a fatty alcohol having 14 to 24 carbon atoms in the molecule. Examples include creams, lotions and a cream make-up, including an acne cream containing sulphur and resercinol and a desquamative and antiparasitic remedy containing chrysarobin, birch tar, salicylic acid and soft soap.
