Abstract

1295166 Pressurised dispensing container PRECISION VALVE CORP 31 March 1970 15171/70 Heading F1R In a pressurised dispenser for discharging fluids separately stored in a flexible inner and a rigid outer container 17, 13, aach container has a discharge valve 20, 21, whereby on value actuation the fluids are separately flowed through passages 30, 26 to a common mixing chamber 46 just prior to efflux. The valve 20 controls fluid flowing from the inner container through ports 5, 39 to housing 35, around the valve and through further ports to passage 26. Valve 21 on valve body 31 co-operates with gasket 41 to control fluid flowing from the outer container through dip tube 16, around valve 21 and through radial port(s) 34 to axial passage 30. A spring 43 biases the valves closed. The outer container is sealed to the dip tube at 19 by a star shaped crimped seal Fig.3 (not shown) comprising a plurality of flutes (52 to 55). The dispenser is suitable for the discharge of co-reactive fluids such as hot shave lather formulations.
