Abstract

1,256,625. Ventilators. L. BAUMANN. 24 Jan., 1969 [29 Jan., 1968], No. 4118/69. Heading F4V. A ventilator mounted over a window or wall opening comprises casings 10, 11 having recessed portions 12, 13 which house centrifugal flow impellers 16, 17 driven by a common motor 15, and outlet ducts 22, 23 which respectively direct atmospheric air upwardly into the room and room air downwardly to atmosphere, the ducts 22, 23 being arranged perpendicularly to the fan motor axis and the motor axis being obliquely inclined to the plane of the window or wall.
