Abstract

125,321. Pickard, W. Sept. 27, 1918. Screwdrivers.-A screwdriver is formed with a rounded or other shaped enlargement at the end to adapt it for engagement with the screw head at various angles. As shown in Fig. 1, the en. larged end b<1> of the driver is rounded and the groove in the screw c is formed to correspond. The other end b<2> of the blade may be of ordinary screwdriver form, so that the blade is reversible in the handle d. Fig. 8 shows another form having three working edges on the end b<1> for engaging an ordinary screw head.
