1,130,929. Striped toothpastes; flavouring materials. UNILEVER, Ltd. 7 Dec., 1966 [10 Dec., 1965], No. 52507/65. Heading A5B. In a toothpaste combination, for dispensing from a suitable container in the form of a striped stream, comprising a base paste in association with a striping paste, the total combination contains up to 2% by weight of flavouring agent and includes up to 10% by weight of striping paste, the latter having at least 4% of its own weight of flavouring agent. The striping paste preferably includes a colourant; the particular flavouring agents are peppermint and spearmint, and may be the same or different in the two component pastes.
