1,185,947. Cardioactive compositions. WARNER-LAMBERT PHARMACEUTICAL CO. 15 July, 1968 [19 July, 1967; 27 July, 1967 (3)], No. 33695/68. Heading A5B. Compositions for treating angina pectoris comprise o-(3-isopropylamino-2-hydroxy propoxyl)-allyl benzene or a salt thereof and a compound selected from pentaerythritol tetranitrate, pentaerythritol trinitrate, erythritol tetranitrate and isosorbide. They may be in conventional forms for oral and parenteral administration including layered tablets with rapid and delayed release layers, such forms comprising conventional diluents and excipients.
