Abstract

1,165,082. Cleaning walls and windows. W. BANES. 11 April, 1968 [19 April, 1967], No. 18045/67. Heading A4F. Apparatus for cleaning a vertical wall or window surface comprises cleaning equipment within a housing 12 adapted to be suspended from the top of a building as by a crane, for vertical movement with rollers 13 engaging the surface to be cleaned. The cleaning equipment may comprise a rotary brush 15, a water sprayer 16, a water pump and filler 17, and a warm air blower 18.
