Abstract

1,150,617. Castors. FLEXELLO CASTORS & WHEELS Ltd. 27 Feb., 1968 [27 Feb., 1967], No. 9215/67. Heading A4U. A castor horn comprises separable legs 1, 2 injection moulded in thermoplastic resin material and having semi-cylindrical parts 3 which are recessed at 15 to receive a ball race 16 for a swivel stem carried by or insertable into an article of furniture, the legs being maintained in assembled relation by a cap 15 fitted over the parts 3 and a headed bolt 11 passed through bores 8 in bosses 7 and through a bearing spindle 9 for the castor wheel. In a modification, inserting parts are provided on the parts 3.
