1,086,437. Switches held set and freed mechanically. LABORATOIRES D'ELECTRONIQUE ET DE PHYSIQUE APPLIQUEES. [Dec. 8, 1965 [Dec. 9, 1964], No. 52056/65. Heading H2B. A switch control device includes four keys 1 radially disposed about a restore push-button 2, each key 1 having a lateral shoulder that on operation of the key actuates a microswitch (11, Fig. 3). When a key 1, e.g. the right-hand key, is depressed against a friction spring 5, it rotates about a shaft 4, and a lug 16 on an extremity of the key disposed in a slot 15 in a cavity 14 in the button 2 enters the central part of the cavity and abuts a surface 17 therein, and thus prevents any other key from being operated. On depression of button 2 against return spring 6, the operated key 1 is rotated and restored to its original position. In a modification a fork on the extremity of the key embraces a solid part of the push-button.
