Abstract

1,079,707. Fertilizer distributers. G. W. REVILL. Oct. 18, 1965 [Dec. 3, 1964], No. 49177/64. Heading A1D. An agricultural appliance comprises a hopper having a plurality of openings 20, the effective size of each of which is adjusted by slides 21 which are separately adjustable. A second control means is provided comprising shutters 26 which are coupled by a rod 28 to a manually operable handle so that all the openings may be opened or closed simultaneously. The appliance is attached to a tractor and an agitator device is provided inside the hopper and is oscillated by being connected by a. crank and link to the rear wheel of the tractor.
