Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’une commande, mis en œuvre à l’aide d’un premier et un deuxième ensemble de chariots autoguidés (17,18). Selon l’invention, ledit procédé comprend les étapes : - transport au niveau d’un poste de préparation de commandes (121) d’un contenant de collecte (24) associé à ladite commande par un chariot (18) sélectionné dans le second ensemble jusqu’à un premier emplacement prédéterminé de stationnement (24) faisant face à la position d’un opérateur ou d’un bras robotisé (26); - transport d’au moins un contenant de stockage (16) par un chariot (17) dudit premier ensemble jusqu’à un deuxième emplacement prédéterminé de stationnement (23) adjacent audit premier emplacement prédéterminé de stationnement (25) ; - prélèvement par ledit opérateur ou ledit bras robotisé (26) d’un article de la commande dans ledit contenant de stockage (16) et dépose dudit article dans ledit contenant de collecte (24) ; - transport dudit contenant de collecte (24) jusqu’à un poste d’expédition de commandes (131).
