Abstract
Séparateur de sels comprenant une structure poreuse déformable formant un support de précipitation et d’évacuation de sels, Installation de gazéification de biomasse associée. L’invention concerne un séparateur de sels contenus dans une solution qui est portée dans des conditions supercritiques pour précipiter les sels qu’elle contient au sein d’une structure poreuse déformable. La porosité ouverte des pores de la structure définit une très grande surface de dépôt/précipitation des sels. La solution est injectée dans l’enceinte du séparateur par un tube pouvant atteindre l’intérieur de la chambre et pénétrer au sein de la structure déformable, même dans son état le plus déformé. La structure poreuse est chauffée par le biais de la paroi latérale de l’enceinte à une température comprise entre 300°C et 1000 °C. Les sels inorganiques contenus dans la solution sont piégés/précipités au contact de la structure poreuse chauffée qui est dans son état déformé. Le flux de la solution appauvri en sels est évacué par l’orifice de sortie dédié. The invention relates to a separator of salts contained in a solution which is brought to supercritical conditions to precipitate the salts it contains within a deformable porous structure. The open porosity of the pores of the structure defines a very large surface area for deposition/precipitation of the salts. The solution is injected into the separator enclosure by a tube capable of reaching the inside of the chamber and penetrating into the deformable structure, even in its most deformed state. The porous structure is heated via the side wall of the enclosure to a temperature of between 300°C and 1000°C. The inorganic salts contained in the solution are trapped/precipitated upon contact with the heated porous structure which is in its deformed state. The flow of the solution depleted in salts is evacuated through the dedicated outlet orifice. Figure for the abstract: fig. 3
