Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un élément à pôles magnétiques (1) pour rotor de machine électrique à flux axial, ledit élément à pôles magnétiques comprenant une couche supérieure (11) et une couche inférieure (12) qui sont agencées pour s’étendre l’une au-dessus de l’autre selon un axe de rotation du rotor, le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : - fabrication d’une pluralité d’aimants unitaires (10) ; - formation de la couche supérieure par assemblage d’au moins deux des aimants unitaires ; - formation de la couche inférieure par assemblage d’au moins deux autres des aimants unitaires ; - superposition de la couche supérieure et de la couche inférieure et fixation de la couche supérieure à la couche inférieure.
