Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’un caoutchouc naturel décontaminé, qui comprend une étape de décontamination par passage d’un coagulum de caoutchouc naturel humide dans un dispositif comprenant une extrudeuse comportant un fourreau et une vis sans fin, et un filtre installé en sortie de l’extrudeuse, le fourreau comprenant sur sa surface intérieure des rainures qui s’étendent depuis l’extrémité du fourreau la plus proche de la zone d’alimentation de l’extrudeuse, l’extrudeuse ayant des doigts dans le fourreau qui s’étendent radialement vers l’intérieur du fourreau relativement à l’axe de rotation de la vis et qui sont présents au moins dans une partie du fourreau qui s’étend depuis l’extrémité du fourreau la plus proche de la sortie de l’extrudeuse, la pression appliquée au coagulum à l’entrée du filtre allant de 70 bars à 120 bars, la température du coagulum à l’entrée du filtre étant supérieure à 130°C et inférieure à 190°C.
