Abstract

La présente invention concerne un modèle de peau reconstituée comprenant 1) un substitut cutané et 2) une composante microbienne et une composante lipidique sur la surface dudit substitut cutané, ainsi qu’un procédé d’obtention du modèle de peau reconstituée. Le modèle de peau reconstituée peut notamment être utilisé dans une méthode de criblage pour l’identification in vitro d’un actif ou d’une formulation cosmétique pour prévenir et/ou améliorer au moins un trouble cutané induit suite à au moins un stress exogène ; une méthode d’évaluation de l’efficacité in vitro d’un actif ou d’une formulation cosmétique pour prévenir et/ou traiter au moins un trouble cutané induit suite à au moins un stress exogène ; ou une d'évaluation in vitro de la tolérance d’un actif ou d’une formulation cosmétique.
