Abstract

Procédé de gazéification comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) mettre en contact dans un réacteur principal (100) des billes (200) en acier, en alliage, en verre ou en céramique, à une température entre 600°C et 1000°C, avec un mélange à traiter comprenant de l’eau et une biomasse, la biomasse comprenant une partie organique et des sels, le réacteur principal (100) pressurisé à plus de 224bars et à une température supérieure à 200°C b) gazéifier la partie organique en présence des billes, moyennant quoi on forme une phase gazeuse, une phase aqueuse et un résidu solide, et moyennant quoi les sels précipitent sur les billes (200), formant une coquille (210) de sels recouvrant les billes (200), c) séparer les billes (200) de la partie organique, d) régénérer les billes (200).
