Abstract

La présente invention concerne un article culinaire (1) comprenant une calotte creuse (2) métallique qui comprend un fond (211) et une paroi latérale (212) s'élevant à partir du fond (211), ladite calotte (2) présentant une face intérieure (21) concave adaptée à recevoir des aliments et une face extérieure (22) convexe, ladite face intérieure (21) ou ledit fond (211) étant revêtu d’un revêtement (5) consistant successivement, à partir de la calotte (2), en une sous-couche dure (3) et un revêtement sol gel (4), caractérisé en ce que la sous-couche dure (3) se présente comme une couche discontinue, en ce que ladite sous-couche dure (3) est poreuse et en ce que ladite sous-couche dure (3) est constituée d’un ou plusieurs matériaux polymères non fluorés choisi(s) parmi les polyétherarylcétones (PEAK) et leurs mélanges, éventuellement de charges dures inorganiques, éventuellement de charges conductrices et éventuellement moins de 3 % en poids d’additifs par rapport au poids de ladite sous-couche dure.
